ASSAFAR Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to ASSAFAR, a web tool for authorized creators to prepare, upload, and manage TikTok marketing videos as drafts.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using ASSAFAR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, app, TikTok connection flow, upload flow, or publishing tools.

2. Service description

ASSAFAR is a web tool for authorized creators to prepare, upload, and manage TikTok marketing videos as drafts. The TikTok integration lets an authorized user connect a TikTok account with Login Kit, select an MP4 video, review caption and disclosure details, upload a video to TikTok as a draft, and manually review and publish that draft inside TikTok.

3. TikTok account authorization

You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage. ASSAFAR requests only the TikTok scopes needed for the selected workflow, such as basic account identification and video upload. You can revoke access through TikTok or by contacting us.

4. Content ownership and responsibility

You keep ownership of the videos, captions, images, and other materials you provide. You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful, accurate, authorized, and compliant with TikTok policies, advertising rules, intellectual property rights, and any required disclosures.

5. Draft uploads

For draft uploads, ASSAFAR sends the selected video to TikTok so the creator can review and publish it inside TikTok. Direct Post is not enabled in this version. ASSAFAR does not publish public videos automatically.

6. Prohibited uses

You must not use ASSAFAR to post unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, spam, deceptive, or unauthorized content. You must not use ASSAFAR to impersonate others, bypass TikTok rules, collect private data without consent, or publish content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

7. Privacy and data

ASSAFAR processes TikTok account information and posting data only as described in the ASSAFAR Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how users can request access, deletion, or revocation.

8. Availability and changes

ASSAFAR may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service if needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, TikTok platform changes, or abuse prevention. TikTok API availability and review requirements are controlled by TikTok and may affect the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, if required by law, if TikTok access is revoked, or if these Terms are violated. Users may stop using ASSAFAR at any time.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ASSAFAR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, approval by TikTok, content performance, views, sales, or platform availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASSAFAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or platform-related losses.
